Our WEDDING song is going to be "And I love you so" (the original by Don McLean--don't even talk to me about imposters such as Perry Como and Elvis!). So, how strange that we are planning our wedding, walking down the street, and we see a sign that Don McLean is coming to Annapolis! Its fate.
My ulterior motive, of course, is to somehow corner him after the show and ask him to come sing at our wedding. He doesn't have to sing the whole time, of course.....just make a guest appearance to sing our song! What?? IT COULD HAPPEN! I'm going to ask him.
If he says no, at least we'll have had the chance to hear our song played live for us :-)
