I'm baaaaack

I am going to start blogging again.

NO REALLY. I swear.

I feel that it is best to go in chronological order for the important events (wedding, honeymoon). Where did I leave off? Aah yes. The dancing lessons. *shudder. I’ll just leave that alone for now.

Before I talk about the actual wedding, I must say that our rehearsal dinner was PERFECT. After all the….drama…involving the rehearsal dinner, I was so happy that it turned out wonderful. We had it at Harry Browne’s. We thought HBs would be a great place to check out, since we met there.  Mom, Jud, and I went to check it out, and we were very pleasantly surprised to find out that it was even better than we could have imagined! The room they offered was beautiful, with its own entrance and patio—it was a special, SECRET room that we had never seen in all our years of drinking at the bar. The menu seemed great.

After our wedding rehearsal on September 2 (what a confusing whirlwind that was, btw), we headed to the dinner. We had the perfect guests—me and Jud, our bridal party, my parents and grandparents—and it was a blast!! The food was amazing, and the servers let us keep drinking wine way past the time our event was over.

One last note: I am really happy with my decision to do the rehearsal and dinner two nights before the wedding, instead of the night before. It was much more relaxed. The day before the wedding was INSANE. I literally ran out of time.
